About Amanda Trackey
Hi there! I’m Amanda Trackey, the founder of Curora Studio and Curora Weddings & Events. I’m a fixer, for better or worse. When something isn’t working, whether it’s a restaurant workflow, a wedding timeline, or a scattered marketing strategy, my first instinct is to figure out why and make it better.
I’ve spent nearly twenty years in hospitality, events, and marketing. I’ve seen firsthand how business owners get buried under complicated systems, frustrating tech, and social media trends that make them feel constantly behind.
I don’t believe in making things harder than they need to be. I believe in clear, structured solutions that actually work. When your business runs smoothly, you finally have the time and freedom to enjoy it again.
People often assume I’m outgoing and confident because I can lead a team, execute flawless events, and make quick decisions under pressure. The truth is, I’m happiest behind the scenes, making things happen for other people.
At the end of the day, I’d rather be in my slippers with good takeout and a glass of oaky Chardonnay. But when it comes to business, I’m the one who will get in the trenches with you, clear the clutter, and create a strategy that makes sense.
My Journey
I got into restaurants and events because I love hospitality. I love watching a space come to life, seeing a menu turn into an experience, and knowing that small details make all the difference.
I started my career in Charleston, South Carolina, where I learned what true hospitality looks like and how the right food, service, and atmosphere can turn a business into a destination.
When I moved back to Upstate New York, I took everything I had learned and applied it to weddings, catering, restaurant operations, and event sales across the Capital Region and Hudson Valley.
I’ve worked as a fine dining server, restaurant manager, event planner, and director of sales and marketing. I’ve trained teams, built menus, priced events, and kept everything running like clockwork. I also know how frustrating it feels when things aren’t running as smoothly as they should. That’s where I come in.
What I Do
Your business should work for you, not the other way around. My job is to create strategies, systems, and marketing plans that fit your goals, your vision, and the way you want to do business.
✔ Business Growth Strategy – Helping you scale intentionally without burnout
✔ Social Media & Content Marketing – Getting your brand seen by the right people in an authentic way
✔ Systems & Workflow Automation – Streamlining your backend using CRM and POS systems
✔ Restaurant & Event Business Consulting – Optimizing menus, training staff, increasing profitability, and enhancing guest experience
I partner with venues, restaurants, catering companies, and creative hospitality entrepreneurs throughout New York’s Capital Region, Hudson Valley, Berkshires, and Upstate NY.
Why I Do It
I know what it’s like to juggle everything at once and feel like there’s never enough time.
I’ve worked in businesses that ran like a well-oiled machine and in ones that felt like putting out fires every day. The difference always came down to clear systems, strong strategy, a trained team, and the right support.
I believe business should feel structured, intentional, and sustainable. Great brands deserve marketing that works, systems that make sense, and support that feels helpful, not overwhelming.
Being a mom is my greatest joy and my most important job. I love creating a life full of connection, fun, and just the right amount of organized chaos. Whether I’m chasing my boys around the yard, cheering them on at practice with my husband, or spending time around the table, it’s all about finding the little moments that make it worthwhile.
When you work with me, you’re not just hiring a service. You’re getting a partner who cares deeply about your success, your brand, and your peace of mind.
Let’s Talk
If you’re ready to refine, grow, and simplify your business, let’s connect.
Whether you need a stronger marketing strategy, better workflows, or someone to help you figure out what’s next, I’d love to help.
A Little More About Me
I love AI and talk to Chad (my nickname for ChatGPT) like he’s my best friend, assistant, and personal chef.
Target runs are my version of self-care. I go in for one thing and leave with a cart full of “essentials.”
TV is my love language. I can binge a good series like it’s my job.
I’m a Libra sun, Aries rising, which probably explains a lot.
If I wasn’t in hospitality, I’d be an actress. Six-year-old me was convinced she’d move to LA and become famous.
